Prologue: Princess Twilight Back From the Dead, Zerlina's Information About Maretime Bay[]
The film opens on a starry night in the G4 world where a mysterious unicorn ninja approaches the funeral of Princess Twilight Sparkle and pours some potion onto the funeral, making the ground shake in the process. After Princess Twilight is back from the dead, she becomes an evil alicorn and starts to seek revenge against Sunny Starscout.
The next morning, at WOOHP headquarters in Los Angeles, founder Zerlina Lewis replacing her father after retirement informs her 4 female agents Alex, Britney, Clover and Samantha that evil Alicorn Princess Twilight Sparkle has returned from the dead, shocking the 4 females in the process. A dumbfounded Clover realizes that Princess Twilight Sparkle passed away more than 8,000,000 years ago due to a murder case, but Zerlina adds that the dead Alicorn mare is revived again. Given the fact that Sam hasn't heard of Maretime Bay before, Zerlina explains that Maretime Bay is a seaside town in Equestria inhabited by Earth ponies. She also hired Big Pauly to accompany the 4 females and reveals Clover's 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12 after being completely washed in tidy condition. Afterwards, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha starts to depart for Maretime Bay.
Big Pauly and the Spies Arrives in Maretime Bay, A Tour of the Brighthouse[]
Upon arrival in Maretime Bay, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha are amazed with the town's beautiful scenery from above the hills. When Britney takes her skateboard, wears elbowpads, a helmet, ties her shoes and kneepads, she starts to skate downhill, making all of Maretime Bay's ponies get her attention. Subsequently followed by Alex, Clover, Pauly and Samantha, the 5 spies starts to show their skateboarding skills to the town's ponies. much to their awe. After some skateboarding fun, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha took a nap under any of the huts provided. When the Mane 10 (Anthony Donaldson, Edryna Alya Ayunee, Gregory Winter, Hitch Trailblazer, Izzy Moonbow, Michael Romero, Misty Brightdawn, Pipp Petals, Sunny Starscout and Zipp Storm) shows up, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha are surprised to meet the G5 Mane 10 for the first time after hearing cheering ponies earlier. Nevertheless, Sunny takes Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha to the brighthouse.
After reaching the brighthouse, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha are amazed to see the brighthouse for the first time. Given the fact that Clover hasn't heard the name Argyle Starshine before, Edryna adds that Argyle Starshine is Sunny Starscout's father who inherited the brighthouse before he passed away of falling ill. Pauly informs the Mane 10 that Princess Twilight Sparkle is back from the dead, leaving them speechless. A confused Izzy realizes that Princess Twilight Sparkle passed away more than 8,000,000 years ago, but all has changed permanently. Sam convinces the Mane 10 to stop Princess Twilight Sparkle from causing terrorism and chaos, much to their agreement.
Princess Twilight Builds Her Own Empire In Juneau, Hitch's Late Night Talk with Britney[]
Trotting to the city of Juneau, Alaska, Princess Twilight Sparkle starts to build her future castle in an attempt to rule the city of Juneau and kidnap almost every single children ages 1 to 12 for violating her rules. If none of the humans kneel before her due to her cruel behaviour, she will turn everyone to stone and build her own throne.
Back in Maretime Bay, all the ponies and humans are sleeping as usual until 4:00 AM where Hitch has trouble sleeping all night, which prompts him to leave the bedroom and proceeds to the kitchen using the elevator. He feels gloomy at first until Brit shows up, scaring him in the process. When a concerned Hitch Trailblazer asks Britney that she, Alex, Clover and Samantha are from some odd organization called the World Organization of Human Protection (or WOOHP in short), she agrees his question. In addition, Brit adds that World Organization of Human Protection is founded by Jerry Lewis before her daughter Zerlina took over, responsible in fighting all different types of criminals around the world. Fascinated, Hitch is amazed to hear the spy agency WOOHP which reminds him of Nahwan Nafisah. Given the fact that Britney hasn't heard the name Nahwan Nafisah before, Hitch adds that Nahwan Nafisah is Edryna's close classmate who is also a trained assassin, which prompted Britney to spell the word Nahwan on her phone, one by one. He also explains that a Nahwan indicates Wise and Intelligence in the Islamic religion, fascinating Britney in the process. An excited Brit is willing to meet Nahwan Nafisah, much to Hitch's agreement.
Dahlia and Posey Meets the Totally Spies, Clover's Concerns on Nahwan Nafisah[]
The next morning, Dahlia and Posey approaches the brighthouse and knocks the front door, only to find Sunny showing up. After the 2 Earth ponies enter the house, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha are surprised to meet Dahlia and Posey Bloom for the first time. When a concerned Dahlia asks Clover that she and her pals are from the World Organization of Human Protection (WOOHP), Clover agrees Dahlia's question. Alex pleads that Princess Twilight is back from the dead and becoming more power-hungry than ever, scaring Dahlia and Posey in the process. Nevertheless, the 17 pals starts to depart in which Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny and Zipp rides in Pipp's black Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael and Misty in Misty's Code Orange Ford Bronco Raptor while Alex, Brit, Clover, Pauly and Samantha retains Clover's 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12.
Inside Clover's 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12, an unamused Clover tells Britney that the name Nahwan Nafisah does not make sense elsewhere until Britney adds that Nahwan Nafisah is Edryna's close classmate driving a Black Raven Cadillac Escalade V. In addition, Pauly adds that Nafisah is originally born in Malaysia as Nahwan Nafisah binti Norazianto, but subsequently changes to Marjorie Nahwan Stephanie Nafisah after entering the United States. Amazed by Nafisah's facts, Alex is thrilled to meet Nafisah one day.
Around the Campfire with the Totally Spies, Angry Twilight Demands Seizure of the Spies[]
After crossing the border into Canada, Alex, Brit, Clover, Pauly and Samantha in Clover's 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny and Zipp in Pipp's black Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael and Misty in Misty's Code Orange Ford Bronco Raptor decided to enter the forest after realizing that the sun is going down and exhausted after a long drive. After gathering around the fire together, a dizzy Sammie claims that the name Nahwan Nafisah does not make sense to the spies until Posey adds that Nafisah is Edryna's close classmate who is also a trained assassin until Britney realizes that Nafisah is the female Cadillac Escalade V owner that Hitch mentioned earlier. In addition to all that, Dahlia adds that Nafisah constantly came to Maretime Bay alone, but sometimes brought Nadhirah or anyone else she trusts all time time. Given the fact that Alex, Brit, Clover, Pauly and Samantha hasn't heard the name Nahwan Nadhirah before, Zipp adds that Nahwan Nadhirah is Nahwan Nafisah's little sister, shocking the 5 spies in the process. Being unaware that Nafisah has a little sister, Misty explains that Nadhirah runs a street taco business for more than 37 years, fascinating Alex in the process.
Back in Juneau, Alaska, all of the assassin robots has kidnapped almost every single children ages 1-12 for not kneeling before Princess Twilight Sparkle. When her dragon assistant Spike informs Twilight that a group of spies are hunting her down, Jade shows Twilight a convoy of 3 cars: a 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12, a black 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and a Code Orange 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor, all with Sunny Starscout and her team to take Twilight down. Infuriated by the notification, an angry Twilight Sparkle demands her robots to murder Sunny and ensure the World Organization of Human Protection (WOOHP) does not exist again.
Zerlina Meets Queen Haven and Her Guards, The Mane 10 and the Spies Gets Chased by Robots[]
Elsewhere, in Zephyr Heights, Zerlina gets off the bus taking her to the pegasi city in the G5 world. After reaching Queen Haven's castle on top, Queen Haven is seen having a speech about the revival of evil Alicorn Princess Twilight Sparkle which frightens all of her subjects. When Zerlina enters one of the lecture rooms with Queen Haven inside, she starts to take place listening to Queen Haven's speech. After the meeting ends, Zerlina ended up meeting Queen Haven for the first time. Subsequently followed by the city's pegasi guards Thunder Flap and Zoom Zephyrwing as well as old unicorn colt Alphabittle Blossomforth, Alfie starts to panic when his daughter Alfie starts to panic when his daughter Misty went missing. Given the fact that Zerlina hasn't heard the name Misty Brightdawn before, Queen Haven adds that Misty is Alfie's daughter with curly mane, fascinating Zerlina in the process. Nevertheless, Zerlina is committed in helping Alfie and Queen Haven find their missing daughters and afterwards, the human-pony alliance hops into Zoom's Glacier White Bentley Mulsanne Speed Mulliner Design Series.
Back in Canada's forest, Alex, Brit, Clover, Pauly, Samantha, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael and Misty cleans up the camping spot and disposes the rubbish properly. After entering the cars, Clover stops for a while, shifts her BMW E38 into PARK, engage the parking brake and opens up a map before proceeding to Juneau, Alaska. All of a sudden, an army of assassin robots invaded their camping spot and started to attack the convoy with weapons, prompting Clover and her gang to escape. In the process, the assassin robots shot the rear glass on all 3 vehicles, shattering into pieces and scaring the rear passengers off. The 750iL, Palisade and Bronco races through dusty gravels roads in the forest, turns right into the main road and continues escaping from the assassin robots until a box trailer smashes the robots, exploding in the process. Much to their relief, the convoy proceeds to Juneau.
Reaching the City of Juneau, Queen Haven and Zerlina Camps in the Same Spot[]
After crossing the border into the detached US state of Alaska, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly, Samantha, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael and Misty successfully reaches the city of Juneau and the 17 pals can see Princess Twilight's dark castle built on one of the islands in the area. After a long day of driving, the 17 pals decided to sleep at Juneau Hotel, a 3-star hotel located near the Juneau–Douglas Bridge connecting the city's mainland to Douglas Island across the Gastineau Channel. When Zipp plans various ways to sneak into Princess Twilight's dark castle without getting spotted, Sam insists Zipp and the other travellers to free the kidnapped children out of prison located deep under the castle while Alex, Brit, Clover, Pauly and Samantha disguises as British visitors having tea with Princess Twilight in the throne room. Much to their agreement, Izzy is willing to break the kidnapped kids out of jail.
Eventually, back in Clover's camping spot, Alphabittle, Queen Haven, Thunder, Zerlina and Zoom in Zoom's Glacier White Bentley Mulsanne Speed Mulliner Design Series manages to reach the camping ground where both Pipp and Zipp left earlier before Zerlina arrives. When Queen Haven finds her daughter's phone, she realizes that Pipp dropped her phone after departure. Given the fact that Zerlina hasn't heard the names Pipp Petals and Zipp Storm before, Alphabittle adds that Pipp Petals and Zipp Storm are Queen Haven's two daughters who constantly travel abroad. Noticing that both Pipp and Zipp are currently in Juneau, Alaska in an attempt to fight the evil Princess Twilight Sparkle, Zerlina has found a match.
The Spies Disguises as British Visitors, The Mane 12 Frees the Children Out of Jail[]
The next morning, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha disguises as British visitors, took a taxi cab to Princess Twilight's dark castle and pays a visit to her castle located on Douglas Island. Faithful as the humble guests, Princess Twilight and her dragons allows the 5 visitors to have a tea party.
Eventually, inside the underground tunnel connecting the mainland to Douglas Island, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael and Misty, all wearing robber masks to prevent face reveal while raiding the prison cell has disabled all of the castle's security cameras and rips the prison door open to reveal all of the kidnapped children with their hands and legs tied as well as their mouths shut with tape. After untying all of the children aged 1-12 (both female and male), Hitch, Izzy, Sunny and Zipp guides all of the kids out of jail without triggering the alarm, one by one. After escaping the castle's prison and back at Juneau Hotel, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty and the hotel staff starts to feed all of the hungry children with all different types of food and drink purchased from nearby supermarkets to ensure the kids remain alive all the time. Afterwards, the Mane 12 returns all of the kidnapped children to their rightful parents and in goes Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha returning from the castle.
Twilight Crashes the Party and Kidnaps the Children, Mandy and Windy Finds the Lost Vehicles and Rescues the Spies[]
After a long walk inside Juneau's forest with the kids, the sun starts to go down and nighttime falls, but peace has turned to chaos when white light shone directly from above, only to find Princess Twilight and her robot guards showing up. Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly, Samantha, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty and the lost children tries to escape, but no luck after the robot guards blocks all the exits. Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Sam tries to untie their hands, but no luck after Princess Twilight seizes all of their gadgets such as the compowder, laser lipstick, ballpoint pen and ice queen perfume earlier before the trio can find it. An angry Sunny Starscout demands Princess Twilight to untie her, but refuses to do so for not kneeling before the corrupt Alicorn mare. Afterwards, the robot guards dragged Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly, Samantha, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty and the children into prison again.
In certain parts of Juneau, a Glacier White Bentley Mulsanne Speed Mulliner Design Series with Alphabittle, Queen Haven, Thunder, Zerlina and Zoom manages to reach Juneau Hotel and find 3 vehicles: a 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12, a black 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and a Code Orange 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor parked outside the hotel. Subsequently followed by Mandy and Windy hiding inside the Mulsanne's trunk, a confident Mandy realizes that the E38 750iL belongs to Clover. Given the fact that Alphabittle, Queen Haven, Thunder, Windy and Zoom hasn't heard the names Alexandra, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha before, Zerlina adds that Alexandra, Britney, Clover, Pauly and Samantha are WOOHP's trained spies who constantly fight criminals and baddies for years under her father's supervision. After her father retired, Zerlina took over the WOOHP HQ. Without wasting time, Mandy, Thunder, Windy and Zoom wears their racing suits and helmets in order not to reveal their faces and picks Clover's 1997 BMW 750iL E38 V12.
Mandy, Thunder, Windy and Zoom Rescues the Mane 10 and the Spies, Confronting Princess Twilight Sparkle and Arrested[]
Back in Princess Twilight's dark castle, Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly, Samantha, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty and the lost children are locked in separate cages and even worse than that, Twilight severely betrays Spike and his dragons for trusting Sunny. All of the angry residents of Juneau demands freedom, but are restrained by the robot guards. All of a sudden, a Carbon Black BMW E38 750iL is evading multiple robot guards in order not to damage the car, leaving a shocked Clover finding mysterious figures wearing racing helmets inside her car. Upon arrival, the 4 racing helmet figures manages to rescue Alex, Britney, Clover, Pauly, Sam, Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty and the lost children from falling into a pool of molten copper, leaving an angry Princess Twilight Sparkle demanding her robot guards for seizure. After the rescue, Spike, his dragon pals and the Juneau residents starts attacking the robot guards, but Twilight manages to evade it on time. Afterwards, she stomps upstairs and threatens Sunny.
After the 17 pals and the kids are rescued by the 4 figures in racing helmets, they remove the racing helmets to reveal Mandy, Thunder, Windy and Zoom, leaving them shocked. Given the fact that Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty and the kids hasn't met Mandy before, Windy adds that Mandy is a mean-girl who constantly provokes Alex, Britney, Clover and Sam, prompting Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael and Misty to meet Mandy for the first time. However, their reconciliation is disrupted when an angry Princess Twilight Sparkle and the remaining robot guards who survived undamaged starts threatening Sunny Starscout again. An infuriated Mandy starts attacking the corrupt Alicorn mare, but Twilight knocks Mandy off violently by zapping her against the wall, leaving an unconscious Mandy. Twilight starts threatening Sunny and her pals, but an irritated Spike throws Twilight out of the castle for betrayal while the other dragons escorts the 21 friends out (including Clover's E38 BMW 750iL V12) and lands safely at Juneau Hotel where Pipp and Zipp reunited with their mother and Misty reunites with her dad. Twilight manages to survive the fall, but has been arrested by the WOOHP bodyguards who then arrests the corrupt Alicorn mare, throws her into the prison van and proceeds to the WOOHP Containment Facility afterwards. All of the residents of Juneau cheers for the 21 pals for saving the humble town and Mandy returns the keys to Clover's E38 BMW 750iL V12, much to her delight. When Zerlina came forward, a blessed Sunny Starscout thanked her for the rescue. After saying their last words, the film ends with Dahlia, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, Posey, Sunny, Zipp, Anthony, Edryna, Greg, Michael, Misty, Thunder, Windy and Zoom returning to Equestria (including Alphabittle and Queen Haven) while Alex, Britney, Clover, Mandy Pauly, Samantha and Zerlina returns to Beverly Hills, California.
Epilogue: Zerlina Meets the Amber Crew Sextet, Twilight Escapes the WOOHP Containment Facility[]
During the film's mid-credits taking place at the quartet's house in North Royalton, Ohio, Zerlina and the spies explains the incredible war in Juneau, Alaska to the Amber Crew sextet (including Dipper and Mabel Pines), much to their awe. When a concerned Mabel Pines asks Britney that Mandy wears a racing helmet and suit, she agrees Mabel's question. Also, a curious Princess Amber is wondering where Princess Twilight is now until Zerlina notifies that Princess Twilight is sentenced to 9,000,000 years in the WOOHP Containment Facility, much to their awe. A confident Princess Hildegard wishes that Princess Twilight does not mess with the sextet again.
After the post credits trotting to a dark night at the WOOHP Containment Facility, an angry Princess Twilight Sparkle is willing to threaten Sunny Starscout, which prompts her to knock all of the wardens standing outside the prison cell until unconscious, smashes the door open and escapes prison afterwards.
